I tried to reproduce the feeling of the canyon walls and the rushing river of the Ausable Chasm in NY State, I combined the background of Lk Champlain which is not really part of this chasm but is another place in this area of NY. Another stress reliever digital painting which remains something new for me.
About Judy Via-Wolff
I have a great love for nature and all God's creation. In any artworks or photos I create, I try to reflect a moment of fleeting beauty as all things are but for an instant. I love to paint and use pastels. I paint in oils, acylics, and water colors depending on the piece. I also pursue the medieval technique of egg tempera painting.I also have begun digital painting which I create from scratch with a stylus. Photography also provides an instant in time. Judy has a BFA and a Masters Degree From RIT"S School for American Craftsman and Fine art. She spent many years as a glass artist and was able to reflect the light and colors of God's creation through this medium. She won many awards over the years and enjoyed creating new works...
