Finally! The winter is so long here and in March I eagerly await the return of the geese! I took these photos all in one day. Hundreds of flocks will all come on one day and the next day you may not see any at all. The skies are alive everywhere with loud goose honking! The flowers still have not arrived and the cold is still very chilly, however the arrival of the geese is the beginning of good things to come if we are only patient. I didn't realize until my husband informed me that the geese do not fly information in Florida where he grew up. He learned about the V formation in school but never saw it until he moved North. Well it's freezing outside but the geese are here so I'm hopeful...

I have a great love for nature and all God's creation. In any artworks or photos I create, I try to reflect a moment of fleeting beauty as all things are but for an instant. I love to paint and use pastels. I paint in oils, acylics, and water colors depending on the piece. I also pursue the medieval technique of egg tempera painting.I also have begun digital painting which I create from scratch with a stylus. Photography also provides an instant in time. Judy has a BFA and a Masters Degree From RIT"S School for American Craftsman and Fine art. She spent many years as a glass artist and was able to reflect the light and colors of God's creation through this medium. She won many awards over the years and enjoyed creating new works...
