Artist's Description

I believe this is young night heron. I am still trying to get an absolute identity as I have been given two different names for this beauty! I believe it is young and or female. The eye is the most awesome aurora, yellowish, orange, amber. A real beauty.

About Judy Via-Wolff

Judy Via-Wolff

I have a great love for nature and all God's creation. In any artworks or photos I create, I try to reflect a moment of fleeting beauty as all things are but for an instant. I love to paint and use pastels. I paint in oils, acylics, and water colors depending on the piece. I also pursue the medieval technique of egg tempera painting.I also have begun digital painting which I create from scratch with a stylus. Photography also provides an instant in time. Judy has a BFA and a Masters Degree From RIT"S School for American Craftsman and Fine art. She spent many years as a glass artist and was able to reflect the light and colors of God's creation through this medium. She won many awards over the years and enjoyed creating new works...
