Description
I took this photo while hurricane Sandy was raging in our area. The only way to describe this storm now and in it's aftermath is dreary, gray, bleak, cold, and cloudy. All color goes away and you are faced with raging winds and rain. This is not a black and white photo but certainly looks like one. I wish the best and prayers to all those who are most affected. I feel like the raindrops here are like tears.

The light and composition remind me of Macbeth. "By the pricking of my thumbs, Something wicked this way comes" the overall feeling. v/f

Judy Via-Wolff replied:
We are fine but so many people are in major distress on the coast. Schools closed for one day here, some flooding and power outs but notheing compared to New Jersey and NYC.
