Artist's Description
An elusive and beautiful creature is the White Ibis. The sky blue of the eye contrasting with the salmon pink color of the beak and the pure white of the feathers is such a delight to see. This was photographed while canoeing and this Ibis was a beauty to behold.
About Judy Via-Wolff
I have a great love for nature and all God's creation. In any artworks or photos I create, I try to reflect a moment of fleeting beauty as all things are but for an instant. I love to paint and use pastels. I paint in oils, acylics, and water colors depending on the piece. I also pursue the medieval technique of egg tempera painting.I also have begun digital painting which I create from scratch with a stylus. Photography also provides an instant in time. Judy has a BFA and a Masters Degree From RIT"S School for American Craftsman and Fine art. She spent many years as a glass artist and was able to reflect the light and colors of God's creation through this medium. She won many awards over the years and enjoyed creating new works...

I love your signature style and composition of these birds.. BIRD to the LEFT.... BEAK to the RIGHT.. "Here they are...stuck in the middle with you!" I'm singing that song now.. This and the next two bird shots would look so good together on someone's wall! FV
Judy Via-Wolff replied:
Thanks Kym , you're so funny! Not intentional I don't think the direction, just the positon of the bird when we find them hiding! I will have to post one to left soon! Great observation though!
