Description
I believe this is the female of this species of dragonfly. The male and female kept trading off landing on the tip of this plant holder. The male was all red while this one is yellow underneath and red on top. Both have the red tipped wings and were a beautiful creature to behold. I have posted three images of these. "Dragonfly 2" is the Red and I believe the male and " Dragonfly 3" is an unusual view of the dragonfly in his environment.
