Description
This was one of many studies for a final painting that I will post in the future as it is now owned by someone and I need to get a digital photo. These were quick studies in an attempt to portray that solitude that brings one to peace with the Holy Spirit. I am humbled by the monastic life and I crave the quiet that is hard to achieve in this world. I hope this portrays that quiet place. Some think it is Jesus, that is up to you. These were done very quickly when the moment struck me.
