Description
When I created this piece he was ill and I prayed the light of God would heal him, and it did for awhile. Then later it became a place where he is bathed in eternal light for eternity. Many pet lovers agree that we feel our pets are little soulmates just like people on this journey and we will see them again in the great beyond. May he rest in peace. Note: I have had a few cat families of three in my life and Peaches was part of the last family. I now have been given the gift of my dog and current cat family of three. All rescues in one way or another. This is another in the group for the CAT and FANTASY gallery.

V/F As a pet owner for all my life, I can say your are 100% correct. The love and laughter a pet can bring is irreplaceable. Our old kitty, Bubba (a yellow neutered tom) was a rescue. He died on my husband's birthday this past March as we are not yet ready to bring another cat into our lives. I don't think we'll be cat-less for long, however - so many need loving homes! This reminds me of Bubba who must be keeping company with your Peaches.
Judy Via-Wolff replied:
Thank you so much, I'm certain Bubba will lead you to the next cat who will fill your life. I felt that Peaches led me to my Maine Coon who shares his fur coloring! I'm so happy you could relate to this image!

Judy....thanks for sharing your heart and talent with this piece....I so believe in all you described. Your art expresses this so beautifully too. I am a big animal lover and too have been blessed with the gift of having them in my presence while on earth and they continue blessing me even after they leave their physical being. Wonderful art!
