Description
PLEASE stop the RAIN! This baby sparrow sums up the general melancholy, desperate and depressed feelings that come with too many days and months of rain and gray skies. This little fellow waits in desperation for Mama or Papa bird to rescue him with perhaps, warmth and food but mostly he needs sunshine as we all do here in the Northeast. His soaked ruffled feathers mimic a bad hair day and mood for many of us...

Thanks so much Kym, I realize that I relate to this image very often and I see my self in it sometimes.

Thanks Robert, we had a reprieve just long enough for fireworks last night! Today thunder and rain all day, I just walked my dog between big dark clouds and got home just as the rain started yet again!!!
